Salmon and Crab Fishcake with a Thai Style Sweet Chilli Sauce and Crunchy Noodle Salad
Chicken, Spinach and Pinenut Roulade with a Tomato, Olive and Caper Concasse

Roasted Venison (cooked to your liking) with Slow Roasted Beetroot, Shallots with a Sweet Potato Mash and Redcurrant Jus
Pan-Fried Sea Bass with Morcilla and Chorizo Sausage on a Bean and Red Pepper Salad with Rosemary New Potatoes finished with Truffle Oil
